Wellness Marketing PH (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through wellnessmarketing.ph, why we collect it, and your rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.
Who we are

What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, business name, mobile number and type of business.
- Messages: anything you send us by email, phone, WhatsApp, Viber or Messenger.
- Technical data: your IP address and basic browser information, used for spam protection and security.
We do not collect sensitive personal information through this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, schedule your free consultation and prepare your audit and quote.
- To provide our services if you become a client.
- To protect this website from spam and abuse.
We process your information based on your consent when you submit the form, and as needed to respond to your request or perform a contract with you. We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with service providers that help us run this website and respond to you:
- Cloudflare hosts this website and provides Turnstile spam protection.
- Amazon Web Services (SES) delivers form submissions to our inbox.
- Zoho hosts our business email.
Some of these providers store data outside the Philippines. We use providers that apply appropriate security safeguards. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 2 years after our last contact with you, or longer if you become a client and we need them to provide our services or meet legal and tax obligations. After that we delete them securely.
How we protect it
This website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to enquiries is limited to our team, and our providers apply their own technical and organisational security measures.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies to keep the site secure and to run spam protection.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access your information, to object, to correct it, to have it deleted or blocked, to data portability, and to claim damages. To use any of these rights, email hello@wellnessmarketing.ph and we will respond within 15 working days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
